- Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate and updated information in your profile;
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of our policies.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:

5. Verification and Screening
To maintain a safe environment, Access Virtual Jobs may verify your identity and contact details, including:
- Phone verification via Twilio Verify;
- Address verification via proof of billing or similar documentation.
Important: Providing false verification documents may lead to immediate suspension or removal from the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on Access Virtual Jobs are owned or licensed by Access Virtual Staffing. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Platform may integrate with third-party tools or services (e.g., Twilio, analytics, or hosting providers). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy of job listings;
- The availability or reliability of the Platform;
- The suitability of any job opportunity or employer.
Important: You use the Platform at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Virtual Staffing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful activity.
